Timber Tennis Versus Trophy Guide

Step 2: RPG ModeNext will be the overall longest step, playing through RPG mode. You need to finish the entire story to the end once, then very likely play through all main missions again on hard difficulty basically to the end so that you can get the materials needed to make the weapon Luminiera Blade Omega for trophy “Luminiera’s Blade”. Step 3: OnlineNext you can start working on the online trophies. If you can win one of your two ranking matches during the initially required ones you don’t need to play any more, otherwise you can boost the online win with another player when you go to do the trophy “Communication Skills at Full Power” which requires being in a lobby. Step 4: CleanupLastly you will only have miscellaneous trophies to clean up, such as all of the character move specific trophies as most of those aren’t able to be done in RPG mode, but can be cleaned up quickly in Versus match with a second controller. This chapter contains 2 main quests in the Pandemonium location, with the final quest being a boss fight against Beelzebub/Avatar. Once you have beat them and completed this quest you will have finished the story and earned this trophy. This final quest is likely the only one during the normal RPG mode playthrough that people could struggle with. The first two phases of the fight are still relatively easy, but the third phase the boss starts doing attacks with projectiles that spawn and move around the screen while they aren’t present, and they do a very large amount of damage compared to other attacks. Because of this I’d recommend taking Panacea II as one of your active skills, then having your partner be a character such as Metera who also runs Panacea. This is so if you get hit too many times during the third phase you can heal if needed.

Otherwise you still basically just want to continually hit the boss when possible. When they go into Overdrive and put up the large shield you need to hit them with an SBA to break it and allow you to do decent damage again.Hard ModeUnlock main quest chapter ∅ of RPG modeChapter 0 is an extra difficulty for the RPG mode that you unlock once you have finished the main story after clearing Final Chapter. It lets you play through all of the quests again at a higher difficulty, which is required to get some materials for the Luminiera Blade Omega. You can switch to this difficulty by going to each location then pressing. This should be unlocked automatically when you finish the story and after the credits roll, if not it might require completing all Free Quests in each location that have you play as all the characters as you unlock them. What Am I?Get a Vyrn weapon in RPG modeVyrn is the name of the red dragon character who hangs out with Gran and talks to you during the RPG mode and other parts of the game. For this trophy you need to get a weapon themed after him, which are given through completion of Bonus Missions.

There are 11 Missions under the Standard Missions tab which each give a Vyrn weapon. The requirements aren’t stated for these, but through normal play of the RPG mode you are very likely to get at least one of them without trying.

If you go to the Standard Missions tab of the Bonus Missions menu then scroll to the bottom you can see the list of the Vyrn weapon quests and your progress towards their requirements, whichever it is they might be. Once you’ve completed Missions in this menu be sure to pick them up by entering it and pressing, and you should eventually be awarded a Vyrn weapon.Luminiera’s BladeGet a Luminiera Blade Omega in RPG modeThis trophy requires you to get a specific weapon during RPG mode, named Luminiera Blade Omega.

This weapon can’t be dropped from any enemies, but has a very small chance to be gained through Drawing. If you are lucky and obtain it through Drawing you don’t need to play Hard difficulty of RPG mode at all, but this is unlikely and isn’t worth specifically trying to get that way. The normal way to get it is to craft it through the shop. In order to do this, you need to get a material that requires you play through basically all of RPG mode on Hard in order to acquire it. The Luminiera Blade Omega is a weapon for Gran, so to craft it you need Gran Medals, meaning you need to get to the final area in Hard difficulty to start the hard version of the Sky Realm Adventurer quest. For the most part Hard difficulty isn’t that much worse than before as long as you’ve been actively upgrading weapon setups along the way. You can just use auto-setup based on Attack to get the highest attack power, then upgrade weapon levels and skills on the setups it gives you.

Make sure you’ve been drawing when you have tickets so that you have a large stock of weapons to choose and upgrade with.To advance in Hard difficulty you need to complete all of the Main Quests and Boss Battles that were required to progress prior in the normal version. You don’t need to do the various character quests that have you play as specific characters, the only two of those you should worry about are the ones for your main character you’ve been playing as and your main support character, as this fully uncaps their level.

If you need to level grind at all, the best way is to just repeat the Normal difficulty final boss, as this will give you basically a level per completion well into the 80s.Most fights shouldn’t cause much trouble. Normal fights against random enemies are basically the same as before, and fights against the normal characters can all be ended fairly quickly and easily as long as you make sure to guard or avoid when they perform their SBA/SSBA. For the large story boss characters make sure you only use SBA when you have full bar, as this for whatever reason does more damage to the large bosses than using SSBA. They are all for the most part about the same as before, the worst will be Proto Bahamut in The Grandcypher area, because it takes a ton of damage so the fight is quite long. Be aware of how it’s orb attacks all work, as it normally will always rotate between a certain orb attack followed by a tail swipe. When it pulls back and does the animation for its SSBA at 25% health make sure you get into the correct spot of the shield on the left or right side of the screen, because it won’t be pointed out to you like in the normal version of the quest and if you are outside of it you will instantly die.

Your AI partner will go sit in the spot before the shield is actually up. Depending on how quickly you deal with the last 25% of its health it may launch one more of these attacks right near the end of its health bar, so be aware of that once it starts getting really low healthOnce you have actually reached the final area, you can ignore the story quests and just go straight for the one that gives the Gran Medals. You are given 5 as a mission reward if you can S rank the mission from clearing it quickly, or you are sometimes given a random number at the end as drops from the enemy.

This is the same as the normal version, a fight against an AI Gran.
