LunaPic is an amazing tool for image editing. It offers extensive tools, filters, and effects. Personally, I really like the art effects, which include styles like, Picasso. It also gives the user the option to upload an outside image or texture to be applied to the image that's being edited. In addition, LunaPic offers basic editing tools (similar to Photoshop). A problem I've encountered comes up if you're using an image with a transparency (i.e. a transparent background)with artistic effects. Artistic effects will overlook the fact that there is transparency, and color over that transparency, which is really frustrating. It would be a huge convenience if the program was an .exe and not a browser-based program. Other than that, it's the best editing program I've used since the desktop version of Pixlr was discontinued, and best of all it's 100% free!
